On Tom Williams Research Day, Rosi and Wenjing were selected for oral presentation; Eric was selected for poster presentation, and won a second prize. Wenjing was awarded for Dr. Ray Rajotte Award in the dinner.

Summer students Yifan Hao and Maggie Yang presented their projects at the UARE Research Symposium for Visiting Interns. Their projects were titled "Impact of Distorted Haptic Feedback on Force Control in the Hands" and "Gaze Behaviors in Scanning 3D Models: Print-out vs On-Screen."
